Polycore Optpan adopted PC honeycomb as core material, surface adopted polyester sheet as skin ,then laminated together to get waterproof ,light weight, stiffness strength, light transmission PC honeycomb sandwich panel.

Surface panel can be selected thermoplastic material ,such as polycarbonate, acrylic, thickness, size and color according to clients request.
Core material can be transparent or colorful PC honeycomb , honeycomb core diameter can be 3.5mm,6.0mm or 8.0mm or irregular diameter mixture.

Optpan-PC honeycomb sandwich panel Standard dimension is 1220*2440mm,thickness from 14mm to 60mm.Max dimension within 1250*3500mm.
When Surface skin select PC sheet usually thickness can be 2.0mm, or 2.5mm. Most popular Color is transparent.
When Surface skin select acrylic sheet usually thickness can be 2.0mm, 3.0mm. Color can be selected from varies colors popular in market.
