Fiberglass pre-immerged resin sheet (FRP ) as skin panel on both sides, PP honeycomb as core. Resin adopted is Epoxy or Phenolic resin.They are composited from high pressure and heating by aero technology. There are about 60% consumption in FRP skin ,so composite panel is more lighter in weight meanwhile more stiffness comparing with cold lamination ,in later there are only less than 30% fiberglass adoption in FRP skin.

The features of Polycore FRPan are light weight, high stiffness, sound damping, fire-retardant (only skin when requirement by client), quakeproof, insulation, environmental friendly.

Polycore Scaffolding panel Anti-slip surface skin thickness from 1.0mm to 3.0mm according to request. Most common in practice is 1.5mm.

Thickness: 10mm to above. Most common thickness in practice are 12mm,15mm,18mm,20mm,25mm.

There are two kinds of Polycore scaffolding panel skin, one is mold skin,which anti-slip skin is made by mold pattern, such kind of scaffolding panel with beautiful, uniform pattern on surface, anti-slip skin usually 1.5mm.

Mold anti-slip skin is hardly with gel coat treatment on skin panel. Color is limited.

The other kinds of Polycore scaffolding panel skin is by sanding, which anti-slip is made by different size and shape sand ,such kind of scaffolding panel with irregular sanding, it's more durable after using in practice than mold anti-slip skin, it can be with different color and gel coat, so now such kind of Polycore scaffolding is more popular in practice.
